I feel the change is happening and happening fast. The dependence on fossil fuel is fading quickly and the evolution to renewable energy has begun. I have been helping customers, personal friends and family reduce their carbon footprint for the last 10 years. I have participated in the Home Performance with Energy Star program as the liaison between NYSERDA/PSEGLI and the HPwES contractors. My passion for this led me to become a contractor and for theist 20 years I serviced homes keeping them safe and efficient. Tightened and air-sealed attics, upgraded insulation and changed out old inefficient heating systems to high efficiency rated heating systems. My solar career began having worked as a District Manager at Tesla/Solarcity and promoted to the position of Director over the Northeast for LGCY Power/Sunrun all within a 4 year span. I learned a lot about leadership and how to make you, the consumer, as comfortable as possible once we leave your home. That is what separates us from the rest.
A new passion with the same results.
I now feel its time to take what I absorbed and pass it along to to my customers. The birth of Evolution Energy. The bigger companies have way too many fixed costs and that results in higher prices to the consumer for the same technology.
